Princess Cruises will sail its largest European season ever in ’26

Princess Cruises is planning its biggest ever European season in 2026, with more cruise and cruise/tour options than ever before. In total, Princess will deploy five ships to the region, highlighted by new return routes to Rome and the line’s return to home port from Copenhagen. Run

From March to November 2026, the European season will include 59 itineraries, visiting 101 destinations in 29 countries, ranging from five to 42 nights.

“There is incredible demand for European vacations and we don’t see that slowing down anytime soon,” said Terry Thornton, Chief Commercial Officer of Princess Cruises. “Guests should book early as our best prices apply when these cruises first go on sale.”

Ships sailing in Europe in 2026 include Sun Princess, which will sail Mediterranean cruises of 7, 14 and 21 nights, departing from Civitavecchia (Rome), Piraeus (Athens) and Barcelona; and Sky Princess sail from Southampton on cruises ranging in length from seven to 28 nights to Northern Europe, the Canary Islands and the Mediterranean.

New for 2026: Enchanted Princess offers return flights to the Mediterranean from Civitavecchia (Rome), ranging from five, seven, eight and fourteen nights.

Also new, and for the first time, Majestic Princess will operate a return flight from Southampton, with routes to the British Isles and Northern Europe of 11, 12 and 14 nights.

After a six-year absence, Princess returns to round-trip sailing from Copenhagen with twelve-night sailings aboard Sapphire Princess.

Customers can also choose to combine a cruise with a land tour with one of five Princess cruises/tours.

The 2026 European season goes on sale on May 23, 2024. Customers who are members of the Princess’ Captain’s Circle loyalty program can book earlier, from May 16, 2024.
