Reed & Mackay partners with Qondor to improve M&E services

TMC Reed & Mackay has partnered with software company Qondor to help optimize the efficiency of its meetings and events team.

The company said using Qondor’s Norway-based technology would allow its M&E team to spend less time on administrative tasks and instead focus on “delivering excellent, creative experiences for customers.”

Reed & Mackay added that the partnership would also provide clients with better data-driven insights, as well as “more advanced” reports on the return on investment (ROI) of their events.

Julie Oliver, CEO of UK, European and Global Events at Reed & Mackay, said: “By leveraging Qondor’s advanced platform, we are enabling our teams across all our key markets to streamline operations, increase productivity and deliver a global standard approach locally, alongside unparalleled value for our customers.”

The Qondor platform will initially be available to TMC’s customers in the UK and US, with a global rollout planned for later this year.

Nils Olav Risla, Chief Operating Officer at Qondor, said: “With Qondor’s innovative platform and Reed & Mackay’s event expertise, clients can expect a seamless, unified approach to meetings and event management that drives efficiency and exceeds expectations.”
